Justice is the Founder and Principal of The Well Group. A DC-barred attorney, he brings nearly a decade of experience across Capitol Hill, national health law, and federal trade association advocacy, with a career focused on translating legal and regulatory expertise into durable legislative outcomes.

Prior to founding The Well Group, Justice served as Federal Relations Counsel at the American Association for Justice (AAJ), where he led federal policy work spanning congressional outreach, coalition management, legislative analysis, and regulatory strategy.

Before joining AAJ, Justice held legal positions at the American Medical Association, where he drafted agency comment letters on proposed federal rules, and at the ACLU, where he supported civil rights litigation and legal research.

Justice began his career on Capitol Hill, serving as Legislative Correspondent and Staff Assistant in the Office of Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), where he managed a broad legislative portfolio that included health policy, and in the Office of Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer (D-NY).

Through these roles, he developed a command of how healthcare policy is drafted, negotiated, and implemented across Congress and federal agencies. That legal and legislative foundation is what distinguishes The Well Group's approach from traditional government affairs practice.
